Alpha Cases Return Policy
At Jovial Cellos & Violins, we stand behind the quality of Alpha Cases and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please review the following return policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unmodified, and returned in original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
Cases showing signs of use, wear, modification, or damage will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, including special colors or configurations requested by the customer.
Clearance or final sale items.
Cases damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior written approval from Jovial Cellos & Violins.
To request a return, please contact us at jovialcellosandviolins@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping method.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
Jovial Cellos & Violins reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee if applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Alpha Case arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and product.
Jovial Cellos & Violins will coordinate with the manufacturer to determine the appropriate resolution.
Warranty
Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, with Jovial Cellos & Violins acting as a point of contact when needed.
